Very professional.
I had an excellent consultation and I was able to schedule my surgery the same day as my appointment.
The only reason was the wait. I arrived at 10 am for my 10:30 appointment, as suggested. However we were not led in until 11:15 am and we had to wait some more. Dr. Bicher is very competent, professional and put you at ease with her demeanor and explanation of your health situation.

My visit with Jeanette was preparation for a surgical procedure. I really felt listened to and she also calmed any worries or angst I had while explaining the pre-procedure instructions clearly. She took the time to thoroughly address all of my questions. Excellent provider!
