Dr. Batchellor was empathetic and compassionate about my situation. She didn’t shut me down because of my age. She listened and was willing to do things to try and give me some answers to my infertility issues.

The call started very late and was a very short conversation. She was very nice but it felt like I did most of the talking.

We couldn't be more satisfied with CCRM. Everyone is so nice and professional. Being a fertility clinic is very difficult because of the timing, but CCRM has always been wonderful and never missed a single call.

April was really gentle and understanding when delivering bad news, but also still gave us all the facts. She's a good doctor who clearly really cares about her patients. I'm glad to have her working with us through difficult times.
