Verified Patient Reviews for April Batcheller, MD
I saw Dr. Batcheller because I was referred to CCRM from my previous clinic on the West Coast. Our appointment started later than I was expecting it to and called into the clinic but it was already closed. This did make me nervous that my appointment might have been cancelled last minute without my knowledge. However, Dr. Batcheller did log onto our virtual meeting and I was able to discuss my questions and wants for treatment.
I felt listened to, although the app was a little weird to set up. Dr. Batcheller got me in same day to do an ultrasound which was simply amazing. I am very grateful to her.
The level of professionalism is top notch. Dr. Batcheller takes time to listen and answer all questions that I have each time I have had an appointment with her.

I always feel like Dr. Batcheller cares and listens. She is fantastic and I appreciate her encouragement throughout this journey.
After having my appointment rescheduled at the last minute for a month later was a little bit of a bummer, and the software was really glitchy trying to connect—she had to call on the phone and then we retried the portal. As for care, it was a short appointment but Dr. B was kind and answered all of my questions.
