My experience with staff was good - especially Kristi (US tech) and Nurse Valerie. Unfortunately each of my 4 appointments ran 20-30 minutes behind schedule.
She is sweet and friendly and makes sure you are comfortable entire time.
April is the best! She's attentive, she takes the time to listen and hear your concerns and gives you the best of care/treatment plan.
