April earned her Master of Science degree in Nurse Midwifery from Frontier Nursing University. She spent 10 years nursing at a high risk obstetrics practice and a clinical instructor for nursing students.

April’s professional interests include natural childbirth and Vaginal Birth After Cesarean (VBACs). She enjoys being a part of a collaborative environment where she is able to care for women throughout their lifespan.
