Dr Proctor took her time to listen and go over any concerns I had. The lady at the front desk as I was leaving wasnt so help. She later sent a forgot my password to my chart and i've never requested it. She also sent my primary Dr an mammogram appt request. Which Dr Proctor & I already discussed I had one done in April. Had the front desk lady allowed me to explain myself I was a patient when she first started. She has always been amazing and she continues to an exceptional provider.
