She was great! She didn't make me feel foolish for coming in to get checked for whether I had an issue with my amniotic fluid, and she was efficient with her care.

I have a strong interest in preventive health care and helping women find the best version of themselves. I look forward to following patients through all stages of life; from adolescence through menopause and everything in between. Aside from my medical training, I have a Bachelor’s degree in psychology and take special interest in optimizing mental health. I also first assist our doctors in the operating room.
I grew up in the small town of La Crosse, Wisconsin. After spending countless hours at my mom’s dental office as a kid, I saw the strong relationships she formed with her patients over the years and hoped I could do the same one day. I learned about physician assistant practice in college at the University of Minnesota and knew it was the path for me to pursue. I completed graduate training in Chicago and returned to the Twin Cities to start my career. I practiced in medical and surgical obesity medicine for several years prior to joining OBGYN West.
Outside of medicine, you’ll find me chasing my energetic son around with my husband, checking out new restaurants and breweries or staying active through walks around my neighborhood, biking, weight training or hot yoga.
