Professional, prompt, and made me feel super comfortable. Student did procedure with help of Breana Matzen and I felt listened to and happy to help a new person learn. Would be 5 stars but the lady that checked me out at the end. Acted annoyed while she was scheduling my appointment and I told her I couldn't visit another location and asked for a Friday. The vibe changed, she got short and condescending and as though I was annoying her. Other than that, 10 out of 10 service.
Our sonographer Jennifer created a space of peace and comfort. She is fun and calming and so hopeful for us. She even prayed for us before we left. How thankful we are for her!

No wait, friendly staff. It's always nice to see a friendly face when having to do those yearly checkups. I have been going to Dr Hyler for 26 years and in all those years I believe I have had only one bad experience and it wasn't that bad! Thanks Brianna
Bre is fantastic! She made me feel heard and supported.
I had a great experience with ARNP Breana Matzen. She was professional, kind, and made me feel comfortable during my gynecological exam. She took the time to listen to my concerns, thoroughly checked for possible yeast or BV, and explained everything clearly. I really appreciated how attentive and caring she was throughout the visit. I would definitely recommend Breana to anyone looking for a knowledgeable and compassionate provider.
I was "Highly Satisfied" with my interactions with Breana Matzen and the ultrasound technician. Both were thoughtful and very helpful. I very much appreciated their care at my first prenatal appoint. Breana did a great job of navigating the unknown of whether the pregnancy was viable or not and what our next steps would be with each outcome. I really appreciated her warmth and honest assessment that it may be viable or may not be. She listened to both my partner and I and gave helpful instructions that we have sighted back to throughout the process of my miscarriage. She has also been very responsive to my questions and called to update me with my blood work results. Her kindness and warmth through this difficult time was very helpful. I was "Dissatisfied" with my experience with the office staff and the in-take process. I was not able to complete my paperwork/consents online originally as I had a question regarding one of the consents and was unable to progress without signing it. At reception the staff member was clearly annoyed and combative regarding my not having completed the process. She was also annoyed that I was asking if I could complete the process on paper in the office and if I could consent to the forms and treatment I was comfortable with without consenting to the form in question. Had she simply explained the necessity, even citing office policy instead of being angry/annoyed and lying about drug and alcohol screening being a requirement under Florida law, I would have been much more satisfied with my experience.
