Mrs. Black was superb. The nurse who took me in didn't just mispronounce my name, she referred to my first name as "Somebody" after fumbling through it. Two other ladies sitting near me noticed and had surprised expressions. It was rather rude. I politely asked the intake nurse to spell a name if she can't pronounce it. My name appears in the Bible afterall.
