My last doctor I had before visiting this doctor was a horrible experience and made me feel very uncomfortable and uneasy about the whole experience. Dr. Jewell and his staff made me feel very welcome and comfortable. I did not feel like I was just another part of the job and I felt that my well being was important to them. Dr. Jewell answered all my questions and concerns and was very professional and I am very relieved to know I have a doctor I feel comfortable with.

Excellent doctor, never rushed, on time and explains everything in detail. Very knowledgeable, though I wish he offered comprehensive HRT management including testosterone.
He's very patient and kind. He answers any questions and doesn't make you feel dumb. He genuinely cares.

He was recipient of the Gold Foundation Humanism and Excellence in Teaching Award both in 2008 as a medical student and again in 2010 as an ob/gyn resident. This award, awarded by his peers, speaks highly of his caring demeanor, respect for others, and bedside manner. He is also a member of the Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Society, awarded for high academic achievement in the study of medicine.
Doctor Jewell recently married his wife Katie who is also a physician training in neurology at Emory University. Dr. Jewell's outside interest include medical mission trips including travels to Jamaica, Cambodia, Bolivia, and Swaziland. In his spare time Dr. Jewell enjoys biking, running, baseball and golf.
