Caleb was efficient and listened to me. I was slightly frustrated that my appointment was before 8 AM and the highway traffic was stopped and I tried calling the office three times to let them know I would be a little bit late and no one answered the phone because it was before 8 o'clock.
Caleb reviewed everything and took his time explaining everything. Caleb is very professional and friendly. He speaks slowly and clearly, which is especially helpful as I am older and hard of hearing. He is caring and compassionate.
