The receptionist very helpful and assisted me with the check-in process (waiting room had only one other patient). She was cheerful and upbeat. Dr. Sweitzer, as always, put me at ease with small talk regarding past year(s) while asking questions regarding my gynecological exam and request for a pap smear. Dr. Sweitzer was thorough in explaining my request for a pap smear was generally not approved by Medicare after age 65. I explained my cancer in 2022 was HPV based and needed reassurance that another cancer had appeared. Dr. Sweitzer has a calming disposition and professional demeanor. Leaving the office, the staff was courteous and professional while completing necessary paperwork.
Kacie Dunn is outstanding! She is friendly, knowledgeable, efficient and professional. Also, all interactions with everyone on staff have always been friendky and professional. Thank you for always providing outstanding support and patiently listening to my questions and concerns. It is greatly appreciated!
