Dr Nicole DeQuattro was very friendly, attentive, and took the time to listen to all of our concerns. She explained everything clearly and made sure we understood our options. We never felt rushed during the appointment. Overall, it was a great experience, and I highly recommend her.
I liked the provider. She was very kind and helpful. I was satisfied with the provider but not so much with the people who did not give me enough information about where the office was located. They know they have two offices on West Road. I have no way of knowing that information. I knew there were many other offices but not on West Rd. They really should consider it part of their job to help people find their office. New technology only made it more confusing. I went to the right building and someone helped me find them in the phone. Then I drove to building 100. I was told that I needed to be in building 22 where I had been before. Then I had to drive back to building 22. When during the scheduling do you provide that kind of information to the patient?
