I was thankful after my first visit to Dr. Casey that he scheduled the surgery very quickly (2 wks) because I was in great need. I regret that I didn't ask before surgery if I would have incontinence (flooding while in the hospital and flooding twice soon after I got home). After a few weeks, the urine incontinence ceased.
Physicians only have about 10-15 minutes to see you based on American Healthcare system. I had several things to discuss, which most were discussed, but I forgot to mention a few. This caused the wrong Rx to be ordered, and I forgot to mention that I needed my annual Rxs to be reordered prompting a call to the office. At the end of a visit, I would suggest to summarize what the patient wanted/needed to make sure all needs were met/discussed. When I checked out, I was not offered an appointment for my following annual, and of course they did not call. Now I have to call the office or go on the portal to make an appointment.

The exam room was clean, well equipped and comfortable. The wait time was minimal to get into the room and Dr. Johnson was in a few minutes later. Dr. Johnson is thorough, gentle, explains well (including drawings if it's helpful) and had time for my questions. I appreciated that he offered options, let me ask about each, then make my own decision.
