Physicians only have about 10-15 minutes to see you based on American Healthcare system. I had several things to discuss, which most were discussed, but I forgot to mention a few. This caused the wrong Rx to be ordered, and I forgot to mention that I needed my annual Rxs to be reordered prompting a call to the office. At the end of a visit, I would suggest to summarize what the patient wanted/needed to make sure all needs were met/discussed. When I checked out, I was not offered an appointment for my following annual, and of course they did not call. Now I have to call the office or go on the portal to make an appointment.
