I was treated with respect from the moment I walked into the office. Despite being early, I was seen immediately. The young lady who performed my intake was courteous and engaging. Catherine Levens was personable and professional. She listened, allowing me to provide background info and ask questions. The visit was a dialogue between two people seeking resolution to a problem. I felt like a welcome participant in the decision-making process about my health. Honestly, I don't think I've experienced a medical visit quite like this one. It was truly the most positive experience. Regarding my menopause journey, there is now a plan in place with backup plans and a trusted medical professional as guide. Lastly, the office was clean, smelled lovely, and the upbeat music was a nice touch. After years of being leery of seeking medical assistance due to poor treatment and lack of empathy, this experience provides evidence that excellent medical providers do in fact exist.
Staff was very welcoming and pleasant. I found Catherine Levens to be a very caring and knowledgeable. She spent time with me on various matters we discussed. Catherine's a terrific listener! She was very thorough in her explanations and made me feel very comfortable and that my concerns mattered.

The staff are all very friendly and helpful, and the appointment was on time but I also didn't feel rushed when talking with Catherine. Catherine listened to my concerns, and was very helpful in recommending the best option available, and also had some suggestions for one of the side effects I'm experiencing (migraines) because she's had them too and she had some advice about some tactics that might be helpful. I really appreciated that she was able to see me quickly too, Dr. H isn't available for a couple of months so this was a good option for figuring out a change to my prescriptions without waiting months.
