I was upset that I wasn’t informed that my gyno Dr. Kerr doesn’t take Medicare patients and was told when I tried to book my annual visit. Not pleasant. But Nurse Levens was welcoming and friendly and made the visit wonderful.

She clearly explained my progress and outlined the next steps in a way that was easy to understand, which gave me confidence moving forward.
