Dr. Teagarden is very kind, patient, and attentive. The appointment never feels rushed. She answers all questions and concerns thoroughly.
Dr. Teagarden truly listened to my concerns and offered solutions.
The office receptionist that assisted me was Excellent! She was respectful in listening to my complaint, empathetic and helped me calm down immediately. I came in fairly distressed over the documents for updating information received through text. There are some inappropriate questions regarding mental state and living conditions. These questions have * next to them and will not allow you to proceed if not answered. There is no way to bypass them and I refuse to answer them dishonestly. I would appreciate if you would consider changing your documents sent through text to make all questions optional, with an option for "Other" or "N/A" so that customers do not feel forced to answer questions they do not feel safe answering, as some of those questions can bring up bad memories that people do not want to be reminded of or have to relive. Dr. Teagarden is by far one of the Best Doctors I have ever been to. When you can go to an appointment that you dread and leave it feeling better about yourself with a smile on your face, that is an exceptional accomplishment in this day and age in this field! Thank you :)
