The medical assistance and nurse practitioner were both very attentive and friendly.
Quick to see nurse practitioner, friendly, answered questions. Left feeling positive about the appointment! Excellent bedside manner. Was knowledgeable, kind, and listened to my questions.

I physician I was was extremely approachable, friendly, warm and direct - she made direct eye contact with me which is truly lacking in the medical world. She explained things to me simply and reasonably and the entire office was just lovely.
Great manner with patient. Everything was explained well, she was empathetic and answered questions appropriately and with compassion.
The office was busy and though I came at the time my appointment instead of 15 mins prior, they were able to fill me in within 15-30 mins. The reception were courteous, the medical assistant was very helpful, and the healthcare provider was very professional and listened to my worries. The location was confusing as there are two separate offices, and the parking lot is difficult to navigate, adding travel time prior to the appointment.
