We had some technical issues and somewhere along the way I thought my in-person visit was switched to Telehealth. I really appreciated Dr. Likes being flexible and waiting on the issues to be addressed. I would have expected a doctor to ask me to reschedule. Overall care felt honest and genuine. I understand next steps and feel like I'm in good hands.
