Dr. Ferrante is professional, kind and caring.
The office is light and airy with a welcoming vibe. The staff are understanding and very kind to speak with. Dr. Ferrante is a consummate professional with a very caring personality. I have been a patient of Dr. Ferrante's for 30 years. He is always genuinely happy to see me, listens, and gives great information in easy to understand language. It is comforting that he has been a part of my health-life for so long.
It's worth remembering that years of regular OBGYN check-ups have led me to this menopause stage. It's crucial for my doctor to fully grasp the significance of effectively managing the entire process with HRT (hormone replacement therapy). I'm so relieved that I didn't have to worry about it.
I give it 4 starts because I spoke about a treatment option to an issue I had and Dr. Ferrante said someone would talk to me more about it after my exam but then no one did after he left and so I left. I just would have liked more communication after then exam as to what to do next.
