The wait was super long. I was in the waiting room for 30 minutes before the nurse came to take me to the exam room then waited in the exam room for 25 minutes for Dr. Austin. The nurse was kind and Dr. Austin is always great but the wait is super frustrating. Dr. Austin is always kind and willing to listen to how I'm currently feeling. She provides feedback and explains things so that I can understand them better.

The front desk was welcoming and a smooth check in. Dr. Austin spent time talking with me and I never felt rushed or that any of my concerns were not taken seriously and discussed. I felt comfortable at all times during my discussion and wellness exam. The blood draw may have been the most painless and easy blood draw I've had.
