I was listened to, Dr Austin thoughtfully looked through my chart and had a kind discussion. She was communicative at every step of the exam and apointment. Dr. Austin was so kind. She listened and was thorough in her responses and sharing next steps.
Dr. Austin was very informative and listened to past pregnancy experiences with wonderful care. It put my mind at ease using this office with my problems from my previous pregnancy, which was not in this office.
Dr. Austin is amazing. She always makes me feel seen and heard, and I left with options to help with an issue I’ve been having. However, my insurance denied the medication she prescribed and I have been trying to get in contact with the office for weeks now. I received one voicemail stating my insurance never contacted the office, and when I called back I wasn’t able to reach anyone. I left a voicemail with the insurance reference number over a week ago and still have not heard back. I’m at my wits end, experiencing discomfort from the issue we’re trying to treat, and am just unsure what to do at this point. Dr. Austin is an amazing doctor. I truly appreciate the time and care she puts into her appointments.

Dr. Austin was born and raised in Connecticut. She moved to Northern Virginia to escape the cold winters and be closer to family. Outside of work she enjoys running both full and half marathons, playing tennis, dancing and reading.
