Everyone at this location was excellent. The front desk staff were very professional and welcoming. The medical assistant was exceptional in making me feel comfortable and explaining the process and next steps of my consult; I believe her name was Dionne. When Dianelys Garcia entered the room, she brought a positive energy and was highly attentive, asking all the relevant questions and addressing my concerns. She took the time to explain the reasons for the tests she was ordering and outlined the next steps. This entire team made what was initially a somewhat intimidating consultation much more manageable. I left feeling confident that I am in good hands with Dianelys Garcia and her team at Capital Women's Care.
