The wait for my appointment was over 1hr in the waiting room then another 15-30mins of waiting in the exam room. I really love Jamie! If it weren't for her I would search for a new GYN practice!
Wait time was short and the staff was friendly!
I was disappointed Dr Steinbach did not send a letter to patients notifying them of his retirement. I couldn’t get an appointment for 5 months. I liked Jaime a lot. She listened well and was thorough.
Jamie Rackoff was: polite, professional, listened to my comments & suggested recommendations how to proceed. She was sincerely concerned. I feel confident with her work & follow-up advice. I appreciate her excellent service and the way she set up reoccurring appointments to ensure my situation continues to improve. Highly Recommend.
