Jamie Rackoff is without a doubt one of the most knowledgeable, professional and personable practitioners in the field. Her bedside manners and ability to listen to her patients is something I wish more providers would have. Then her concrete and clear advice, followed by effective treatment is always spot on. She is highly empathetic and has a courteous demeanor that makes it comforting to see her, even in the midst of a health crisis.
Rackoff listened to questions/concerns and responded with practical solutions and follow up procedures.

Having be taken care by Dr.Steinbach , Bonnie ,Nurse and staff for over 30 years I was a bit concerned to see a new Dr however, Dr Jamie , Bonnie gave me the confidence that I’m in good hands. Thank you.
