Nona listens, she asks pertinent questions, she spends the time needed to help with what's going on. She is knowledgeable, compassionate, and willing to be present to what's happening until a solution is reached. She makes me feel comfortable and creates a safe space to ask whatever questions are on my mind.
It was evident that Dr. Dedhia did not read my chart prior to my visit. She noted that I hadn't been to the office or had a PAP in 3 years, when I have annual PAPs due to a previous issue.
