Everyone in your office is so cheerful and helpful. UTI issues were addressed and future surgery was scheduled. Office environment is so comfortable. Staff are so responsive. Grateful. Just so professional in a very kind way. Just amazed at how everyone came together to address my needs.

The team at Elite are exceptional in how they care for their patients. Dr. Ashley Easterwood makes me feel heard, engages in shared decision making, and takes the time needed to adequately care for my needs. In the 30 years I've needed gynecologic care, I've never been cared for like I have at Elite.

Everyone at the office was very friendly, professional, but yet very down to Earth. The exam room had such a great feng shui that I was able to relax despite being nervous. Mrs. Shackelford and the whole staff made me feel very comfortable and at ease. I normally am not excited about annual exams, but this one was seamless and a breeze. I was made to feel understood when discussing personal health concerns, and I'm no longer apprehensive about having my annual exams.

Kim is always super attentive and kind during my visits. I appreciate her addressing concerns of mine so professionally and enthusiastically.

She was very knowledgeable and just like my former physician suggested she was. Since I had the most possible respect for my retiring doctor, I saw nothing to suggest that referring her to me was incorrect. I also liked her as well.
