I thought the new patient visit went really well. I was seen by a new doctor in the practice. She was friendly and attentive, but I would have liked for her to be more intentional about asking me questions about my history/health rather than making conversation about things unrelated to my health. The visit felt a bit rushed for it being my first time in this practice. I also went back 2 days later for my first mammogram and had a really great experience! The tech who I was seen by was so kind, gentle, and shared helpful information about next steps regarding frequency of visits and receiving my results. The patient room/restroom was calming, clean and I loved the added touch of having cosmetic products available.
