Everyone was extremely kind and professional.
She prioritized patient care and I felt relaxed to share details of my life I feel are relevant to my visit and she listened and made great suggestions on what I should incorporate and she educated me on my fear on completing the breast exam annually. Her analogy was spot on and I'd say I am more willing to do it every 1 1/2 year now, versus yearly. That's progress as I had already told myself I was not completing another mammogram again.
My appt. was quick, sufficient and handled with care.
Comfortable environment. Exam was stress free.
Lena is always very kind, courteous, and informational. Being on time not so great. Appointment was set for 7:40 and I wasn't seen until almost 8:30 am.

Lena is amazing. She made me feel very comfortable. I'm looking forward to a long-term relationship with this facility.
Staff and doctor are lovely. Office is lovely. The blood draw was unpleasant due to difficulty getting a vein. I do wish there had been OJ for the vitamin C because I got light headed. They did mention getting some though, so that is great. Overall experience was good. I know the blood work is new to the office, but it'll definitely be better with time. Thank you all!
