Exceptional experience from start to finish! As a new patient of Dr. Leao, I was warmly welcomed by her entire team and promptly checked in and seen. Her staff—including the schedulers, nurse, and phlebotomist—were professional, personable, knowledgeable, and genuinely caring. Dr. Leao was exceptional—patient, empathetic, attentive, and an excellent listener. She addressed my many questions and concerns thoughtfully, explained everything clearly without overwhelming me with medical jargon, and discussed meaningful options and solutions. Most importantly, I felt heard, respected, and valued. Dr. Leao and her team truly embody compassionate, patient-centered care.
