Jack B. Quigley, MD

About Jack Quigley:

Dr. Jack Quigley is board certified in plastic and reconstructive surgery, with additional certification in hand surgery. Dr. Quigley has been practicing plastic surgery in Flagstaff since 1991.

Dr. Quigley received his undergraduate degree from the University of Illinois and earned his medical degree from the Southern Illinois School of Medicine. He completed his General Surgery residency at the Western Reserve Care System in Youngstown, Ohio and his residency in Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery at the Medical College of Ohio in Toledo.

He has been a trauma surgeon in Rockford, Illinois and he completed a fellowship in Hand Surgery at the Medical College of Ohio and the Cleveland Clinic. He has served both as Chief of Surgery and as Chief of the Medical Staff at Flagstaff Medical Center.
