I had my pre-operative phone interview with Jeanette Beloy on 29 May 2026 for surgery scheduled on 2 June. This was my first surgery, and Jeanette patiently guided me through the entire process, advising me on pre-operative requirements. She was extremely patient with my many questions and concerns and took a great deal of time completing a patient history. By the end of our conversation, I felt much calmer, better informed, and ultimately prepared to do my part to ensure a successful surgery. The surgery took place as planned and I have ben feeling quite well. I attribute this positive experience in large part to Jeanette. Jeannette Beloy was knowledgeable, patient, professional and kind. I sincerely appreciated her thoughtful, detailed approach to answering all my questions and addressing my concerns.
