The provider is all 5 stars. She was very attentive and well knowledgeable. The lost star comes from trying to set up the meeting on our laptop. We eventually just used the our cellphone because it was not wanting to let us join the meeting.
I was highly satisfied with the wonderful care I received from the whole team at CCRM. Dr. Burgart is always amazing and has made the whole process go smoothly and explained things so well. I couldn't have asked for a better doctor! The nurse that I had was so kind and caring as well and made me feel very secure and cared for during the process.

It was a quick visit just about first steps for us. She took time beforehand to review our history and was knowledgeable to meet us where we truly were at in our process. The visit went as we expected as a couple and we look forward to continuing to work with CCRM if our journey continues as it has.
