All staff were friendly and welcoming. Jennifer listened to my concerns and issues and allowed me to take the approach for my care that I felt best suited me and has allowed for open communication to continue treatment plan.
I always feel safe and calm and heard when I meet with Jennifer I have seen Jennifer on and off for several years now, I think since 2018 and she is fantastic. I never feel weird asking a question or sharing anything with her. She makes you feel safe and calm and like everything is fine. I had been to a Breeze facility for the same thing a couple times and she was very thorough in her explanation of why it is a good idea to come in when something is recurring and how the information they gather at Adriatica can fully assist in addressing problems. She is fantastic and I’m glad I am able to see her.
