Verified Patient Reviews for Jessica Unell, PA-C
The nurses, doctor, and specialists have been really great and friendly. It was very easy to connect with my nurse via Salve. However, I did not have a great onboarding experience. The testing felt very isolating and our initial visit with the doctor felt impersonal and rushed. I felt overwhelmed getting news that I wasn't expecting and therefore was unable to ask questions at that time. And then we were unable to meet with the doctor again. I needed time to process and understand why we were being directed to go straight to IVF vs. IUI. I felt like the doctor could have communicated everything a bit more. Other than that, I completely trust that CCRM is qualified to help me conceive a child and appreciate all the documents and people helping out through this entire process.

The team is wonderful, all of my questions were answered and never have I felt I was a burden asking the millions of questions. Procedures were explained to me and I felt seen, heard, and taken care of.
