Although the video portion didn't work, Dr. Elkas simply called me and it was just fine, since we were simply discussing a potential referral for additional treatment. In addition to the excellent medical care, Dr. Elkas is consistently caring, thoughtful and thorough during appointments, both in person and by phone!
Soon as you went to the office, they took care of you right away. The doctor is very sweet. He listens to your concerns. He shows his compassion and shows his love for his patience. Dr. Elkas is very respectful and makes you feel that everything is going to be OK. He will take the best care of you as possible. Even though I was quite nervous and embarrassed, he made me feel comfortable and showed that he cares about you and wants to do the best he can to help you.
I really appreciated that I could have our two minute conversation via phone rather than drive an hour each way.
