Joni was born and raised in Conneaut, Ohio and completed her Bachelor of Nursing at Youngstown State University. She served as a labor and delivery nurse for 7 years before completing her Master of Nursing through Frontier Nursing University. Before joining OB/Gyn Associates, she had been working as a Certified Nurse Midwife at the Middlefield Care Center, an Amish freestanding birth center. When she's not catching babies or chasing her own children, she enjoys reading, crafting, and spending time outdoors.
