Julia was very professional yet personable as well. She easily diagnosed and prescribed medications. I was called by the office with negative results which led me to need to ask questions. I called and left a message. Julia returned my call shortly after and answered my questions.
She really listened to my concerns and made me feel heard. She took the time to answer my questions thoroughly and didn't make me feel rushed during the appointment.
The whole appointment felt comfortable, and I like that I was seen right away.
This office and its staff are top tier. I was a new patient and was in and out in less than 20 minutes. They had everything ready and were extremely organized. Julia Chan is wonderful and so personable. 10/10 experience.
Last time I went I had a horrible experience she was so dry and made me feel like nothing but a number. Julia Chan was by far the best provider I have had. She educated me and did not rush me and my few questions. She is wonderful and will be going back to her.
