Quick to be seen, felt cared for as a person.
She is always warm, attentive, and takes the time to explain what is happening, and why. When I had a miscarriage, her demeanor and dignified approach made me feel so seen and cared for. Her warmth has made some of the toughest moments of our lives much easier to bear. At my most recent appointment, she pointed out a large cyst. When I asked whether that could've caused some pretty alarming symptoms, she was incredibly apologetic I'd experienced the symptoms and that no one had explained previously to me they could occur (even without any medication). I admitted that I was oblivious and didn't realize that could happen to anyone, I thought it happened to people with cystic ovary issues, but she was so affirming and positive. I left feeling like 'oh wow... I'm not crazy?!' It was exactly what I needed and I learned something new!
Mostly how the staff treat me.
Waited 20 minutes in the exam room. Provider only spent 5 minutes doing the ultrasound. I couldn't see the patient screen very well and quality of images were poor. Her bedside manner was polite and kind.
Julie was very helpful and informative in explaining everything that we saw with the ultrasound that day.
