Everyone from start to finish that I encountered was incredibly friendly and helpful. I appreciate their kindness.
Katie is great!
Very professional, courteous and welcoming staff.
The appointment went well other than when I was checking out, Katie came and told me (at checkout) that my mammogram (from last year!) showed calcification of arteries. I am disappointed that this wasn't explained during my time in the room with Katie. And also frustrated that this information wasn't shared with me immediately upon my results being given to WomenCare. I was not aware of the information and this was the first time hearing of it. I was told to tell my primary doctor and that was it.
Katie and her team are always so professional and show so much empathy.
Katie Harris was so very kind, friendly and cheerful. She made me feel very comfortable. The reason for the 4 score rating is because when I went to schedule my mammogram with the gal at the checkout desk, she stated I had to schedule with the Women's Radiology Center on Mills because the only records she showed was from 2017. I had informed her I had gone last year 2025 and I didn't need to go back there since they had my current records on file of my mammogram for 2025. This was very frustrating for me as the gal at the desk kept insisting I had not had a mammogram because it wasn't updated in her system in spite of my own knowledge of having had the mammogram and Katie Harris and I just having that conversation where I can now go to the Baldwin Park office and Yes I informed her of this as well. I also informed her Katie Harris had my records of my 2025 mammogram in her file. That same day late in the morning I had 2 minor surgeries of pre-melanoma removed from my leg and I was very tired and was not in the mood to keep trying to convince this woman of my last mammogram appt. I found it very frustrating for me and unorganized. I should not have to argue my case of when my last mammogram was taken.
I really like Katie, she is understanding while still being straightforward.
