Your office staff and Kimburlee are very pleasant and get the job done with professionalism. Kimburlee was very thorough and kind, really sensitive to my plight. We moved from Central Florida and I am beyond grateful to have a provider who investigates through lab culture to identify the real problem. Kimburlie Adkins was incredibly kind.
She spent a lot of time with me, discussing my concerns and medications. She took the time to talk about my problems with the sweating and gave me the answers I was looking for. She is amazing, right from the moment she walked in. She introduced herself and was smiling, and it felt like I knew her already.
Really great care from Kimberly and Leslie- both were super friendly and kind. I appreciated having a conversation fully dressed before we moved onto my exam. I received practical advice about preventative care, Kimberly set up a script right away, such that I was able to pick it up later in the afternoon, and we discussed next steps if we needed to take next steps. I felt I received excellent care and if I need to have a followup, I will request her services.
Did not want/expect MA in room during exam. Felt traumatized.
She was very open and talked freely, explained what she saw, why she thought it was happening, and what steps needed to be taken to improve the problem and resolve in time. Time frame on the recheck I feel is correct.
Kimburlie Adkins is a really good APRN. I feel like she listens to my concerns and tries to find the root of the issues I am having. I have only had 2 visits but both times I was not left sitting in the waiting room or exam room for a very long time.
