Kristin is always so delightful. You don't feel like another customer, she cares about you and remembers you even though you only see her every few months. The environment also is so clean and even though a procedure may be inherently painful, she does such a great job at reducing it with an expert and gentle technique. They are subtle but still noticeable enough to boost my confidence. Plus I feel like it really helps with dry lips due to weather.
