Procedures were exactly as he indicated they would be as was recovery time. Wait time for numbing gel was long and I was not prepared for that, but I watched a movie on my phone to pass the time. I was not particularly comfortable in the chair/table and should have gotten up and sat in the small chair in the room.

Staff were very pleasant and inviting. Answered all my questions.
