Courteous, efficient, informative, follow through. Very reassuring and comforting
The doctor was very pleasant, thorough and compassionate. However, I rate your phone system a 1. I was given 2 different addresses so I was trying to call all morning to confirm….. I must have called 20 times. I had to guess which location to go to and thankfully guessed correctly. Also I am unable to register for the patient portal. The website says I can't enroll online and have to call. But the number to call is not in service….
Very friendly staff and loved that the doctor explained all my options.

Dr. Thorner took the time to explain the procedure to me prior to surgery which helped me feel better about the situation. She was very caring and attentive to my needs throughout the process, making sure I was calm and not in pain.
