Verified Patient Reviews for Lisa Smithers, CNM
The visit went smoothly, from the check-in desk (friendly and helpful), to the nurse (kind and efficient), to my care provider (informative and compassionate). I had results from testing within a day and a prescription waiting for pick up same day. I appreciate Lisa's patience with all my questions and her kind and thoughtful responses. She has a wealth of knowledge and I always learn something new from her during my annual exams.
Lisa was personable and thorough, without the appt feeling rushed. I give her 5 stars. The reasons for the 4 star rating are lack of sinks in exam rooms to wash hands and phone receptionists lacking in customer service skills. They always sound rushed and I feel like an inconvenience when I receive a call back to schedule an appt.

I was very happy with the care Lisa provided. She had actually taken the time to look up my rare disease before my appointment and that was awesome for me.
She took her time with me and was very thorough.

I was seen promptly the nurses and midwife took their time to explain things to me in much detail, I felt like I was heard and my questions were taken seriously. Overall I felt like I was important and that my preferences regarding pregnancy and birth mattered to them as much as with me, while the midwife was also honest with me about things I didn't really want to hear but was necessary for me to know and understand.
I love my midwife. She is just awesome.
Everyone was very kind and helpful. The midwife asked good questions and gave me recommendations that have already helped me in my pregnancy.
