Lorraine is personable. She read patient files, she asks questions about kids and families. Always willing to share her experiences or recommendations and why Lorraine is amazing I have recommended her to many people and everyone has the same feedback. She listens, she’s kind, and knowledgeable. I was really disappointed to hear that her hours were being reduced and she was ultimately leaving the practice. It makes me question the Hagerstown office’s moral compass and I used to feel like this office cared about their patients but I was quickly reminded we are just a number to the management. I am hesitant to continue with CWC Hagerstown office.
