I was satisfied because Dr. Payson attends and starts the appointment in a timely manner - he is knowledgeable of the history of patients and answers all questions.
Loved how kind everyone was. Everything was explained in great detail and we were asked several times if we have any questions or concerns. We felt really cared for!
My Doctor was very thorough. Dr. Payson listened to me and was open to trying different protocols. The nurses were beyond exceptional. Meghan and Alyssa were God sent. They answered all my queries with kindness and empathy and were very supportive throughout my journey. They were always available and made me feel comfortable during this time. I could not have survived these multiple rounds without them. My visits for blood draw were also remarkably smooth. Its usually hard to find my vein but the team always took their time and found my vein in the first go. The ultrasound techs were also very kind and provided the additional monitoring I needed due to my history of miscarriages. Overall I was very happy with my experience at CCRM.
Staff were wonderful, caring, and attentive. Facility is well run and very clean.
