Dr. Cross was truly incredible and I couldn’t be happier with my choice. She was knowledgeable, personable, funny, and thorough. She delivered impeccable care, answering questions (i have a lot as an attorney and curious person, generally, discussing risk factors in a way that didn’t feel condescending or dooming, bringing humor at just the right times, acknowledged and spoke to every concern of my husband or mine (no matter how small or big), and outlining the process and next steps clearly, in a way that inspired true confidence in her ability to care for us on our fertility journey. We even spoke candidly about my ideal timeline and she let me know what was realistic and what was not. Frankly, she was excellent and her approach outweighed any other reservations I could have had. She immediately made necessary referrals and a full list of tests as well. I’m excited to be informed and keep working with her! Great experience.

We love Dr. Owen and feel grateful to have a queer woman who’s gone through this experience herself also guide us. She’s funny, very smart, and has lived experience. That’s very hard to come by. We went into our appointment feeling nervous but left with a lot of hope and relief for our planned path forward.
