I couldn't figure out how to join the call via laptop and so couldn't in real time access information I'd saved on my phone. The video and audio also cut out if I switched over to another app on my phone.
I did not receive follow up instructions from my patient care coordinator. I had my appointment on Wednesday and it’s now Sunday
