Dr. Weinrich loves his job. It’s evident the minute he walks into a room. His welcoming smile. The easy laugh. The warm, friendly greeting. No matter who you are, Dr. Weinrich is completely present and ready to help you any way he can. He also exudes a quiet confidence. Perhaps it’s the result of the thousands of pregnancies he’s been a part of over the years. Or the countless minimally invasive surgeries he’s performed. There’s no question Dr. Weinrich takes his work seriously—but not himself.

“Medicine can be way too serious,” Dr. Weinrich admits. “You need a good sense of humor. If you don’t have that, what patient is ever going to warm up to you?”

Now living in Waconia with his wife and two children, Dr. Weinrich looks forward to building long-lasting relationships with his patients at OBGYN West. “In this practice, you really get to know patients and they get to know you. I like meeting new people. And I like having people depend on me.”

When he’s not serving his patients, Dr. Weinrich enjoys hanging out with his family at their cabin in western Wisconsin and spending time on the water, fishing and boating.
