Dr Rowberry is amazing, she’s the only physician I’ve seen . She takes the time to have a conversation with the PT and does not brush them off to hurry on to the next PT. Melissa has amazing bedside manner. She is able to stay calm in stressful situations, while making her patients feel heard and cared for. Please don't change. Melissa, I have had some not so fun experiences with other providers and due to that I get some anxiety going in for procedures. When you completed my iud insertion I felt totally confident in you secondary to your positive attitude and relevant knowledge provided during the procedure. You have changed my outlook on this particular procedure and I want to thank you for that. You were patient and as gentle as you could be during the entire process. Please don't think your excellent bedside manner and attitude is going unnoticed. -LA 9/14/26
