On the day of my appointment, my appointment was cancelled after I arrived to the facility as Dr. Finch was on call. Dr. Finch was called to the hospital for an emergency procedure. I understood but I was devastated as I had been waiting for a month to discuss my MRI and steps for treatment. I expressed this to the receptionist and they scheduled me for a late appointment. In my heart, I did not believe that Dr. Finch would return to WHASN. However, she did return for my 3:00 PM appointment. Of course, the facility was running behind. Even though the facility was behind, Dr. Finch did not rush. She was very thorough in explaining our path forward. I truly feel as though I am in good hands with Dr. Finch. She seemed extremely knowledgeable and she was very passionate. She made me feel as though I was her only patient.
