Front office person, Medical Assistant, Surgery Scheduler-Amy Begay, and Dr. Downs were all excellent. My 16 year old daughter (the patient) and I felt so heard and cared for! Dr. Downs spoke to my daughter, explained, set expectation and made her feel at ease.

Dr. Downs was professional and thorough and in detail in regards to how to help keep my ears, nose clean, clear with no dryness especially living in Flagstaff in higher climate. The staff before and after check in were very friendly and helpful if needed. Thank you!
