I was highly satisfied with Dr. Richardson and Melissa. They are very good. However, I had 2 tests done- one a rapid test for strep and another for a culture. The lab that did the culture is not in network with my insurance but your office does take my insurance and is in network. This was very surprising to me and I received a bill for $490. I would think that the labs you partner with would also be labs that take your patients insurance. Really frustrated by this.
