I appreciated the follow up questions asked and how detailed she was in regards to my concerns. I genuinely felt my concerns were her concerns.
I gave Tega a five-star review because every time I see her, she makes me feel welcome and truly listens to my concerns. Even though I may only see her once or twice a year, she always remembers me as a person, which makes me feel seen and valued, not just like another patient. She takes the time to go through my test results with me, answers every question I have, and explains everything in a way that I can understand. I always leave my appointments feeling informed and confident about what's going on with my health. What stands out most is that she genuinely cares about her patients. That level of compassion, attentiveness, and professionalism is rare, and it's why I trust her completely.
